I was checking out the menu for the
Grill at Don Hall's Guesthouse in Fort Wayne - where, several years ago, I had an unforgettable dish with salmon, asparagus, and sacchetini stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola cheese in a creamy sauce - when I spotted this interesting disclaimer at the bottom of the regrettably sacchetini-free dinner menu:
Mandatory, ambiguous, government regulations and consuming raw or undercook [sic] meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food born [sic] illness.
Somebody had fun writing that, I think. And it might be true!
